We collect the minimum needed to run an account: your email, a password we can't read, and what you've bought. We don't sell it, we don't track you across the internet, and there are no advertising cookies on this site. Ask us to delete it and we will.
Who we are
BaddieHaus Studios, an independent creative studio based in Arizona, USA. For anything on this page, reach us at the studio address.
What we collect
Browsing the site — the Artelier, the Frequency, the audition — collects nothing personal. You only give us anything if you create an account.
- Your email address, so you can sign in and we can reach you about an order.
- A handle, if you choose one. It's optional and can be anything.
- Your password, hashed. It's put through a one-way function before it's stored, so we never see it and can't recover it — only reset it.
- Your Baddie Coin balance, tier and purchases, which is what makes the Boutique work.
- Songs you generate in the Muzika booth, kept in your library so you can play them again.
- Anonymous play counts per track. Numbers only, not tied to you.
What we don't collect
No advertising or analytics cookies. No third-party trackers. No pixels from social networks. We don't build a profile of you, we don't sell or rent your data to anyone, and we've never run an ad.
We also never see your card number. Payments are handled entirely by Stripe, who are the ones actually processing it.
Cookies and storage
The site stores one thing in your browser: a session token that keeps you signed in. It isn't used to track you and it isn't shared. That's what's called "strictly necessary" storage, which is why you aren't being asked to click a consent banner — there's nothing here to consent to.
Signing out, or clearing your browser data, removes it.
Who we share it with
Three service providers, each doing one job:
- Cloudflare — hosts the site, the database and the audio.
- Stripe — processes card payments. Card details go to them, not us.
- Our music generation provider — receives the text prompt you type into the Muzika booth in order to make the song. It does not receive your email, your name, or anything identifying you.
That's the complete list. Nobody else.
How long we keep it
For as long as your account exists. Ask us to delete it and we remove your account, your library and your purchase history. Records of completed transactions may be kept where tax or accounting law requires it.
Your rights
Wherever you live, you can ask us for a copy of what we hold, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. If you're in the UK, EU, or a US state with its own privacy law, those rights are legally yours and we'll honour them either way. Email us and we'll respond within 30 days.
Age
This site isn't intended for anyone under 13, and we don't knowingly collect anything from children. If you believe a child has created an account, contact us and we'll remove it.
Changes
If this policy changes in a way that matters, we'll update the date at the top and say so on the site rather than quietly editing it.
